I am used to dropping off my own laundry because it makes me feel like I can inspect the quality of an establishment. However, I have to say that Simply laundry has the best laundry and dry cleaning. 1) They're organized- each person who signs up gets a customer ID and 2 bags (one is black for dry cleaning and the other one is a creamy to differentiate drying cleaning and laundry. 2) Delivery times are perfect for my schedule: 10-11 PM window is the one I usually use. 3) The drivers who pick up and drop off are friendly yet professional, and well-informed of the business and any questions you have for them.
