How does pickup work?
Book online and choose a pickup window, Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm or 4pm–7pm. Our driver collects your laundry from your door or concierge and brings it back clean.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free on every order within our service area.
Is there a minimum order?
Wash & Fold and Wash & Hang have a 13 lb minimum. Orders under 13 lb are billed as 13 lb. Dry Cleaning has a $25 minimum order.
How long does it take?
Regular service is returned in 2 business days. Rush Wash & Fold is returned the next business day for an additional $10.
Which services qualify for rush?
Rush is available for Wash & Fold only. Wash & Hang and Dry Cleaning are returned on our regular 2-business-day turnaround.
Is my laundry washed with other customers’ laundry?
No. Each customer’s laundry is washed separately. We never mix your clothes with another customer’s order.
Do you offer dry cleaning?
Yes. We provide professional care for suits, shirts, dresses, coats and more, with a $25 minimum order. Individual item prices are listed on our pricing page.
