Simply Laundry is a technology company focused on on-demand Laundry and Dry Clean services. All our cleaning is done in an eco-friendly manner and we provide complementary deliveries to our customers.We currently cover Downtown Toronto till North York with plans to expand in GTA and other cities in Canada.


Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Review and post articles on the company’s blog
  • Promote Simply Laundry on external blogs, directories, and other related websites
  • Drive traffic to Simply Laundry’s website using a variety of methods
  • Develop relationships with websites to maintain quality links
  • Develop and maintain social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Promote blog posts on Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Drafting weekly social media posts
  • Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns to attract new clients
  • Design, launch, and manage retention campaigns to increase repeat sale
  • Establish partnerships and sponsorships with related companies
  • Supporting in the development of marketing material
  • Drive communication (internal and external) within our organization and potential customers in a seamless fashion to deliver agreed upon strategies
  • Conduction of monthly reporting and analysis on marketing activities
  • Educate and inform the team of new metrics as they apply to the optimization of social media strategies and tactics

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the Service industry
  • Experience and strong understanding of social media and online platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO concepts
  • Strong writing skills
  • Candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The candidate must show the following traits: motivation, innovative thinking, entrepreneurial characteristics, and must be goal driven!

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-pace small business environment
  • People skills to effectively work with a diverse group of individuals
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite and MailChimp

Customer Service/ Operations Coordinator


Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails to attend any inquiries our customers have in relation to our services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Ability to co-ordinate with the team
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • University degree

The candidate should be having a 1-3 years of experience in the customer service space.
